How does the booking process work?
Your booking is confirmed instantly after successful payment via our secure checkout, powered by Stripe. No waiting for manual approval, you'll receive confirmation right away.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can pay by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL or Stripe Link.
What happens if my payment doesn't go through?
Your selected dates are held for 15 minutes while you complete payment. If the payment fails or isn't completed in time, the dates are released automatically, no charge is made.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a €500 deposit is charged at the time of booking. It's fully refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided no damage is found.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Between 30 and 14 days, 50% is refunded. Within 14 days of arrival, no refund applies.
What's included in the price?
The price includes the villa, linens and cleaning at €175 per stay. There are no booking fees and no surcharge for late check-in.
