Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your stay. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive all relevant details and further communication leading up to your arrival.

You can request changes to your booking up to 30 days before arrival. We aim to accommodate adjustments where possible, depending on availability. Guests are welcome to manage or request changes, with support available if needed.

Cancellations are possible up to 30 days before arrival. After this period, the booking becomes non-refundable. This policy allows us to maintain availability and ensure a fair balance for all guests.

Availability is synchronised across multiple platforms, including Airbnb and Booking.com. This helps prevent double bookings and ensures accuracy. In case of overlapping reservations, the most recent incomplete booking will automatically expire.
